NORMATEC COMPRESSION THERAPY

HOW IT HELPS YOUR BODY

Relax as our compression boots use compressed air to deeply massage your legs and enhance blood flow. This helps to flush out depleted blood cells and lactic acid, speed up recovery times and encourage lymphatic drainage - Perfect for anyone engaged in regular training, recovering from injury, or spending extended hours on their feet daily.

HOW IT HELPS YOUR MIND

Life is busy. Spending 30-45 minutes in our compression boots will help speed up your physical recovery, as well as help you to unwind, decrease stress and relieve anxiety.

HOW DOES IT WORK

The Normatec Compression boots utilise a pulse massage pattern which has 4 stages…

01

Pre-inflation

The first 90 seconds the compression boots are in the ‘pre-inflate cycle’ and the boots will mould to your limbs.

02

Pulsing

Next, you will start to experience the compression. It isn’t a typical squeeze but rather a ‘pulsing’ sensation that mimics the internal muscle pump. This pulsing begins at your feet and gradually moves up your legs.

03

Backflow Prevention

The pulse technology in the Normatec Compression Boots are designed to cooperate with your lymphatic system, maintaining pressure to prevent backflow. This ensures that all fluids in your body are flowing correctly.

04

Sequential Pulse

The sequential pulse differs from standard static pressure applied to your muscles. The boots will release pressure when backflow is no longer a concern, ensuring every part of your legs get adequate rest during the compression process.
